48 of the 120 traders reserved places to the show didn’t even open the letter for the payment notice. Please the read the emails ASAP or you’re reservation will be cancelled by the deadline below!
We can can only pick up palletized goods between 09:00 o’clock on April 24th and 12:00 o’clock on April 25th.
We would like to draw everyone’s attention to the fact that we cannot provide a goods-moving cart or a hand moving your goods in and out of the trading area!
На основании Договора об аренде и плана местности (в приложении) Клуб и Ассоциация Пластиковых Моделей Мошонмадьяровар заключает Договор с каждым из участников на период выставки 26 – 27 апреля 2025 года.
Время работы биржи:
- 26 апреля 2025 г. (суббота) с 08.00 до 19.00 часов
- 27 апреля 2025 г. (воскресенье) с 08.00 по 13.30 часов
Для торговцев:
- Оформление биржи, торговых пультов:
- 25 апреля 2025 г. (пятница): UFM Aréna – MKC Training Hall: с 14.30 часов.
- 26 апреля 2025 г. (суббота): с 08.00 по 10.00 часов
- Разборка биржи, торговых пультов:
- 27 апреля 2025 г. (воскресенье): исключительно с 13.30 по 15.00 часов.
- LATEST TILL 2 PM ALL THE TABLES HAVE TO BE FREE FROM GOODS AND TRASH! THANK YOU FOR COLLABORATION.
Естественно для постоянных торговцев, посещающих наше мероприятие уже долгие годы, мы стараемся предоставить их регулярное место. Стоимость стола (прибл. 80 x 165 cм) на протяжении выставки и предыдущего дня (с 19 по 21 апреля 2024 г.):
- UFM ARÉNA (I.- II. этаж), MKC Training Hall: 90,- EUR +налог. (27%)
TABLE RESERVATION – RENTAL FEE – Method of payment, deadline:
We kindly ask you to confirm your table reservations indicated at the last show in writing by 20. Dec. 2024 at the following e-mail address!
The rent for the table (the total amount plus VAT) must be settled by bank transfer in EUR or HUF!
Payment deadline, at the latest: 28.02.2025.
The transferred, paid table rental fee will only be refunded in case of cancellation indicated in writing (E-mail: mosonshowborze@gmail.com) by 20.03.2025 at the latest!
