48 of the 120 traders reserved places to the show didn’t even open the letter for the payment notice. Please the read the emails ASAP or you’re reservation will be cancelled by the deadline below!
We can can only pick up palletized goods between 09:00 o’clock on April 24th and 12:00 o’clock on April 25th.
We would like to draw everyone’s attention to the fact that we cannot provide a goods-moving cart or a hand moving your goods in and out of the trading area!
A base del contrato de alquiler adjuntado la Asociación de Modelismo de Mosonmagyaróvár concluye un contrato temporal con todos los vendedores durante el período del evento entre el 26 y 27 de abril de 2025.
Horario de la feria:
- 26 de abril de 2025 (sábado): 08.00 – 19.00
- 27 de abril de 2025 (domingo): 08.00 – 13.30
Para los comerciantes:
- Instalación de puntos de venta:
- 25 de abril de 2025 (viernes): UFM Arena – MKC Training Hall: desde las 14.30.
- 26 de abril de 2025 (sábado): entre 08.00 y 10.00
- Desmontaje de puntos de venta:
- 27 de abril de 2025 (domingo): únicamente entre 13.30 y 15.00
- LATEST TILL 2 PM ALL THE TABLES HAVE TO BE FREE FROM GOODS AND TRASH! THANK YOU FOR COLLABORATION.
A los vendedores constantes aseguramos por supuesto los puestos ya conocidos. La tarifa de alquiler durante el evento y el día anterior (19-21 de abril de 2025) es por mesa (aprox. 80 x 165 centimetros):
- UMF Arena (Planta baja, 1ª planta); MKC Training Hall: 90,- EUR+ IVA. (27%)
TABLE RESERVATION – RENTAL FEE – Method of payment, deadline:
We kindly ask you to confirm your table reservations indicated at the last show in writing by 20. Dec. 2024 at the following e-mail address!
The rent for the table (the total amount plus VAT) must be settled by bank transfer in EUR or HUF!
Payment deadline, at the latest: 28.02.2025.
The transferred, paid table rental fee will only be refunded in case of cancellation indicated in writing (E-mail: mosonshowborze@gmail.com) by 20.03.2025 at the latest!
